My name is Tom Lemmers, a modern C++/graphics programmer with 3 years of professional industry experience. Currently I am looking for job opportunities in the field of modern C++/graphics development.
My interest in graphics originates from when I was young, when I used to play a lot of games, which sparked curiosity about how they are rendered on a flat surface. Eager to learn more about graphics related concepts, I started to delve deeper into the mathematical and programming concepts.
Ever since I have gathered experience in commercial game engines and proprietary alike, aiming to create an environment in which I can express my passion for graphics.

MindsEye is an action-adventure game developed by Build a Rocket Boy and published by IO Interactive. During the development I contributed to the performance of the game through multi-platform profiling and bug investigations. Next to that I was also able to contribute to missing graphics features within the engine's backend.

During my internship at Codeglue I got the opportunity to work on King of Meat. King of Meat is 4-player coop game in production at Glowmade, published by Amazon games. During my development on King of meat I was able to contribute to the game engine through various API enhancements and performance investigations related to the graphics backend of the specific console platforms.

A simple tower defense game, set in a cyber-like futuristic environment, developed in a custom engine for PC and the Nintendo Switch. During development I had the responsibility of graphics programmer and scrum master.

Dune strider is an open sandbox game, made in unreal engine 4. As tech lead I worked together with a group of programmers to tackle the technical challenges and risks that the project presented itself with. During the development I contributed to the graphics research and lighting of the game.
